Return Window: Returns or cancellations are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Hygiene & Condition Standards: Due to the personal nature of bedding, we adhere to strict hygiene standards. Items are only eligible for a return or exchange if they are unopened and in original condition and can be resold.
Opened Items: Once the original packaging has been opened or the factory folding has been disturbed, the item is no longer in "New" condition. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened items for any reason, including color preference or sizing. While we understand that colors may vary by screen when viewed on the website, we recommend viewing the color through the clear packaging before opening the package. Sizing should be determined by measuring the bed and desired drop length.
Verification Process: To ensure a smooth return, we require a clear photo of the unopened package to be emailed to us before a return is authorized. We verify the original factory fold; any item that has been refolded will be denied a refund.
Shipping & Fees - Customer Responsibility: Since orders include free outbound shipping, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We encourage Buyers to test the cover before use, to make sure there are no leaks. If there's a leak, please contact us immediately. We will send a replacement upon receipt of the defective cover, within 30 days of purchase. We will pay for returned postage. The instruction on how to test will be included in the package (basically just pour liquids, and wait a little).
